Kensington Home Technology was created to help our clients manage and facilitate the design and installation of technology solutions into their homes/developments.

The three founders of KHT have merged their individual talents and specialisations from their respective industries, to create a business that is truly capable of providing a total technology solution within the home, at an affordable cost. There are companies that specialise in providing complete solutions for top end properties; but there is only one company that specialises in the high end residential market for discerning owners who do not have high technology budgets or expect to live in state of the art homes. One of the biggest concerns that clients usually have is trying to understand where technology is going, in order to ensure that their home is made future proof. KHT prides itself on its ability to communicate with clients and ascertain at an early stage what the technology requirements are, in order to specify a solution that works with the clients financial and technical expectations.

Having been appointed to a project, KHT works with the clients, architects, project managers, individual technology specialists and builders in order to ensure that there is a smooth delivery of services. On a typical project KHT will be liaising with up to 15 people, thereby massively reducing not only the administrative workload of the build team, but also the likelihood of mistakes through ignorance or lack of communication.
