Project Management

Upon agreement of the outline plan, including time-plans and budgets, our project management team will take ownership of the project. Our designers will provide CAD drawings for infrastructure and control systems while specialist contractors will be brought in to submit plans for other systems. We will manage the consolidation of these plans to ensure compatibility between all aspects of the solution, and to avoid duplication of wiring and infrastructure.

Throughout the project our team will make sure that each aspect of the solution is managed, in accordance with the overall build project, on time and on budget.

Working with either the client and/or their architect we will manage all specialist home technology trades from design through to commissioning.
